This parking lot is located on the corner of Emerick and Davis St in the Ecorse and Michigan Ave area of the City of Ypsilanti. Zip code is 48197. The lot has no current zone designation and according to the records, the lot measures 30ft long and 10ft wide.
Budget Towing routinely patrols the lot and maintains its security.
How our raffle works
1. Reserve your ticket
Fill out the ticket reservation form to express your interest in participating in our raffle!
2. Purchase your tickets
In the State of Michigan, raffle tickets must be purchased in person, so we will be available at Little Break Cowork in Ann Arbor, Mi to accept transactions.
Please bring your unexpired legal identification.
Tickets can be purchased prior to or the day of the drawing (December 21st 2026) via cash, card, money order/Cashier's Checks made out to Care Seats of Michigan.
3. Join the party!
Join our Christmas Brunch on Monday December 21st 2026 from 12pm to 2pm where we will host the drawing at 1:00pm!
Drawing can also be viewed live from our Facebook page! Link will be posted soon.
Tickets can be purchased in-person during our brunch until 12:59pm.
Who can buy a ticket?
Anyone 18 or older. Michigan law limits online sales to purchasers physically located in Michigan at the time of purchase.

You may purchase as money tickets as you'd like! They're $10 each!
When is the drawing?
The drawing will occur at 1:00Pm on Monday December 21st 2026 at Yours Truly in Ypsilanti, MI and can be viewed via Facebook Live.
Is this legal and licensed?
Yes. Care Seats of Michigan holds a charitable raffle license from the Michigan Charitable Gaming Division. The license number is #R89201 and will be prominantly displayed at the drawing.
Do I need to be present to win?
Nope! You can join our Facebook Live if you'd like.
Care Seats promises to make every effort to contact you in the event your ticket is pulled!
Can I get a refund?
All ticket sales are final.
If the raffle is cancelled for any reason, every ticket is refunded in full.
If you determine you're disinterested in being entered into the raffle you may notify us and your original purchase will transfer to a donation. You'll receive a Tax Exemption Letter for the value of your donation.

Drawing: December 21st 2026 at 114 W Michigan Ave Ypsilanti, Mi 48197. Winner need not be present. Purchasers must be 18 or older and physically located in Michigan at the time of purchase. Employees and board members of Care Seats of Michigan and their immediate families are not eligible. All sales final; full refunds if the raffle is cancelled.
